Key Features:

• Rugged electronic instrument enclosures, ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards.
• Heavy duty, thick wall design with an average wall thickness of .13” (3.3 mm).
• Molded from flame retardant ABS plastic (carries a UL flammability rating of 94V-0).
• Link here to our more economical version (no inserts and molded in general purpose plastic).
• Designed to meet IP54 (see gasket kit accessory below to meet IP66).
• Countersunk lid is secured with four M3 x 0.5 - 0.71” (18 mm) long, Philips machine screws threaded into integral brass bushings. Perfect for applications with repetitive assembly and disassembly are required.
• Stocked in black and grey with matte textured finish.

Gasket Kits:

Each kit includes two pre-formed silicon gaskets. Gaskets include adhesive backing for easy installation. Allows enclosure to be machined first and gasketed later (or use our 1594 watertight version) Gasket is applied to the lid (see photo). Designed to meet IP66 (with properly installed gasket and lid screws torqued at 55 cN.m).
