Peter W. Dahl transformers to live on! | A purchase agreement has been signed and executed with Hammond Manufacturing Company, Inc. of Cheektowaga, New York to acquire the Peter W. Dahl line of products from Harbach Electronics, LLC. Finalization of the acquisition and transfer of assets will take place over the next few weeks with the transfer to be completed by March 31, 2013. |
